Unacceptable Experience

Unacceptable experience. I ordered 7lbs and paid for shipping on an oil called North Pole. It arrived labeled as North Pole (peppermint vanilla) but has an overwhelming sweet bourbon fruit scent. Additionally, it took MONTHS for a response, and now they claim they don’t accept returns. How can you refuse returns when you completely get it wrong? This is just one of many issues. My past orders have been missing items and arrived long after I placed them. I’ve found alternative suppliers with better products and will be switching to them from now on. You brought this on yourselves, indie brands; you could have taken responsibility and cared for your customers.

The experience with this company was very frustrating. The fragrance oils came with inadequate packaging, just tossed into plastic bags without care. They arrived leaking, and the labels were so drenched that they were unreadable. It was impossible to identify the products. The customer support was unhelpful, providing no clear answers regarding a claim. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service!

Still Awaiting My Order

I received an order that was significantly incomplete. I can't reach customer service through the provided number, as they only direct you to email. Even then, responses take much longer than promised. It's been over a month since my order, and despite multiple emails, I have not received a reply. I needed these items for craft shows that have already passed. This was my largest order ever, and it will be my last. I wish to take my business elsewhere to a company that values customer experience. My only option now seems to be legal action due to their lack of response.

Lost a Longtime Customer Due to Poor Service

I've been a loyal customer for years. I placed a substantial order in mid-September, and while I understood the delays due to a warehouse move, when it arrived damaged, they only wanted me to weigh the bottles to replace the leaked items. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. It’s shocking to think about how my customers would react if I only offered to replace spilled products. Despite my attempts to resolve this privately, I only received minimal responses. Now, I'm left with significant losses and a need to find a new supplier due to their lack of communication and responsiveness.

Avoid This Company

Steer clear of this company. Without any notice, they moved warehouses, resulting in long shipping delays and no communication. When I emailed for an update, they just sent a 10% discount coupon. I placed an order on August 28th and followed up on October 7th, only to be told they can't provide an estimated time of arrival. Don't waste your money here; opt for a company that truly values its customers.

Concerns About Privacy

I didn't even place an order. After entering my email on their site in preparation for an actual order, my inbox has been bombarded with spam. I tried to delete my email, but the site doesn’t allow it. I suspect they sell customer information.

Disappointment for a Longtime Customer

As a long-time customer who frequently places large orders, I am very disappointed in this company's recent direction. They failed to inform customers about their move, leading to many unfulfilled or damaged orders with poor communication. My August order arrived with spilled oils, and the new policies require me to measure the missing amounts myself for a refund. This is unacceptable, especially during busy seasons. I can no longer trust them and highly recommend finding alternatives.
