I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have used them for years and their fulfillment has always been slow. However, they have crossed the line for me. I ordered products TWO weeks ago - I RUN a business and need the supplies. I just looked at my account and it says "awaiting fulfilment" I looked at their main site and in tiny writing it says "we are experiencing a bit of delay in shipping" This is FALSE advertising. They should clearly state they are delayed by WEEKS in shipping and let their valued customers know with full transparency. I have orders that NEED TO GO OUT. BEWARE and find your supplies with many other companies out there that sell same supplies and ship MUCH faster!!
