Do Not Order from the Fleece House

Do Not Order from the Fleece House: We placed an order with The Fleece House for a product described as the “Snugbuddy Fleece Lined ‘Heated’ blanket.” The term “heated” in the item description implied the presence of an electrical heat source. Additionally, the order was supposed to include a travel pouch, as stated in the product details at the time of purchase. Instead we received a “Sherpa” blanket throw – not what we ordered. This situation raises serious concerns. There is no customer service phone number for direct communication, and the only contact is via email. The company’s insistence that we received the correct product, despite clear evidence to the contrary, combined with the lack of direct resolution or opportunity for refund, leads us to believe that we may have fallen victim to a scam. We are deeply dissatisfied with both the product received and the customer service provided. I would post a 0 star if that were possible.
