After reading all these reviews, this company is definitely a scam. My experience is exactly the same: low quality, terrible fit and no refund, just a 30% off on next purchase. Their website clearly stated 30-day return. Everything about this company is garbage. Do NOT order anything from them!
This company is a scam. I bought a black and a brown fleece blazer cardigan, both size medium. . The brown one if huge - a completely different size from the black one. The sleeves and the front of the cardigan are very different shades of brown. The black one is also too large but not as bad as the brown one. Both are double breasted, but the front of the jacket does not have two button holes, just the top one, so you can’t button it correctly. There is a button hole for the inside button, but there is no button on the inside of the jacket. I contacted customer support and they refuse to exchange sizes or refund my money. They offered my 30% off of my next purchase so they can screw me over again. Do not do business with this company.

Total scam. Do not purchase anything from the fleece house on Facebook. I received the item. Never received a confirmation email. When I finally received the items no purchase receipt accompanied it. I had to search to figure out to get in contact with the company to return the product. After several threats I got a response to be told that they do not do returns. Then they had the nerve to offer me a discount code to purchase something else. Like seriously?! Not!
Do Not Order from the Fleece House: We placed an order with The Fleece House for a product described as the “Snugbuddy Fleece Lined ‘Heated’ blanket.” The term “heated” in the item description implied the presence of an electrical heat source. Additionally, the order was supposed to include a travel pouch, as stated in the product details at the time of purchase. Instead we received a “Sherpa” blanket throw – not what we ordered. This situation raises serious concerns. There is no customer service phone number for direct communication, and the only contact is via email. The company’s insistence that we received the correct product, despite clear evidence to the contrary, combined with the lack of direct resolution or opportunity for refund, leads us to believe that we may have fallen victim to a scam. We are deeply dissatisfied with both the product received and the customer service provided. I would post a 0 star if that were possible.
I ordered a blazer that I saw on an Instagram add. The quality was like a piece of felt material...awful. Their website stated they would take returns in a 30 day window, so I contacted them right away. They said since it was on sale, they will not accept and offered me a 30% off discount on another item. I stated that since I was concerned about their quality, I would not be ordering anything else. The item is so cheap it doesn't even have a label. Very disappointed. Do not waste your money.
I ordered 2 of the Sasha Casual blazer coat. BIG mistake, the quality is horrible, the fabric is stiff. They have two buttons but only one buttonhole (unless I close it like a man's blazer). The blazers don't look good opened or closed.
