The Master Class is great for beginners trying to break into the fix and flip business. Very informative and motivating. Real estate investing is nuanced and very time consuming, so don't think this is an easy way to make fast money. You really do need to follow all of the steps and put in a lot of time and effort and do your own research, but Flip Secrets helps you a ton to streamline the process and not waste time. The mentor and Discord community is AMAZING and so supportive. Everyone is really there to help each other and answer questions. There is a wealth of information and resources available for any scenario or question you have. Worth it for serious investors who are starting out.
There’s a wealth of knowledge and information. Also love the fact that they have a real and active group to bounce ideas, network and get help, and helps with getting and closing deals. I’m not fully done with the course only been in the course/group for 3weeks and am already confident and feel ready to get a house flipped asap.
I have been in many programs before. Jack's program is void of the hype and smoke and mirrors. I feel that is what most people need. Start with that and advance as you go. So yes I would HIGHLY recommend Jack's programs as someone that has gone on to doing more then 10 successful Flipps after taking Jacks course.
Whoa!!! Complete with everything put together to make sense with tons of help that always gets back to you in short order. They have all the pieces from a to z and how you step by step how to do. This is the best class that I have taken. -- How to get financing was always a problem and that is solved here.
