I Feel Scammed

I ordered a bouquet for my sister on July 2nd, they took my money of over £50 and immediately sent an email apologizing for no agents being available, asking to reschedule or offering a full refund. I rescheduled for September 2nd, but they never confirmed. I called the company from abroad and was kept on hold for 30 minutes, only to reach an answering machine. I left a message, but they never called back. I believe they are a fraudulent operation, and I feel scammed. I hope this helps others choose wisely.
