Severely Disappointed with Delivery

I arranged for flowers to be sent to a relative in the area, and what they received was incredibly disappointing. The quality was poor, and when I reached out to the support team, their customer service was lacking. I will absolutely not use this florist again. This company appears to be set up to fraudulently take your money; don’t be misled by their flashy website. I ordered a large bouquet in a specific basket, and they failed on both counts, delivering a small bunch in a cheap pot instead. Not worth even one star‼️‼️ Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered two bouquets, and neither were delivered. They still haven't processed my refund, and this was back in October! Disappointing Experience

I ordered a summer flower arrangement that was lovely. However, the chocolate box I ordered was very disappointing. It arrived two days late with multiple issues. It was not what I ordered and contained only 6 chocolates instead of the standard 12. Not acceptable.

I Feel Scammed

I ordered a bouquet for my sister on July 2nd, they took my money of over £50 and immediately sent an email apologizing for no agents being available, asking to reschedule or offering a full refund. I rescheduled for September 2nd, but they never confirmed. I called the company from abroad and was kept on hold for 30 minutes, only to reach an answering machine. I left a message, but they never called back. I believe they are a fraudulent operation, and I feel scammed. I hope this helps others choose wisely.

Horrible Service

Horrible service; they promised delivery on the same day but failed to deliver. The birthday celebration was missed, and when I requested delivery to another location, they simply refused and offered only apologies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Completely Inept
