I arranged for flowers to be sent to a relative in the area, and what they received was incredibly disappointing. The quality was poor, and when I reached out to the support team, their customer service was lacking. I will absolutely not use this florist again. I'm at a loss for words regarding how let down I feel; it looks nothing like what I ordered.
