I definitely love the collars but am disappointed in their customer service. I returned 3 collars because they all were too small only to be refunded for 2 collars - and these collars are not cheap, especially for 3 golden retrievers. Very disappointed in the customer service & lack of attention to detail in the returns department. I definitely feel robbed and will not be buying from here again, unfortunately.
