I ordered pumpkins for Halloween, but one was so rotten it fell apart. I took photos and discarded it due to the awful smell. When I contacted customer care, they required unnecessary details, which was frustrating. Even though it was a small item, it was unfit for use, and my total order was significant. I regularly spend a lot here, but the service and quality have declined. I will be shopping elsewhere.
