Disappointed with missing item in my order

I purchased a box of twelve pigs in blankets, but there were only eleven inside. I've heard of shrinkflation, but this is just absurd. The last time I faced an issue like this was with a 2-liter beverage that was well past its expiration date.

Poor quality fruit received

I ordered a selection of fruit, including grapes and tangerines. The use-by date was just one day later, and the grapes were so moldy and bruised that they were inedible. 80% of the order was in terrible condition, with squashed yogurts and dented tins. I won't be shopping here again.

Unhelpful manager at the local branch

Received spoiled pumpkins!

I ordered pumpkins for Halloween, but one was so rotten it fell apart. I took photos and discarded it due to the awful smell. When I contacted customer care, they required unnecessary details, which was frustrating. Even though it was a small item, it was unfit for use, and my total order was significant.
