Well, I was very sceptical at first to order my ingredients reading the reviews here. But not only I can assure that they were very quick to reply by email and even provided a mobile number to contact on any queries. The products arrived on time exactly as stated and the only thing that concerned me was the packaging, hence my 3star review (I would have given a 5 otherwise!). I hope that in future they will use glass containers with sealed lids so that they are not opened until the customer does it. Also there should be proper labeling with all the certification and product details with the expiry dates correctly displayed. I will definitely order again providing that the packaging is improved.
