Review Time
I ordered some products and contacted the company as none of the products have the batch number or expiry date on the label which is a legal requirement for selling cosmetic ingredients. Someone named Sharon got back to me giving me attitude saying the batch number is on the documents, however this is not stated on their website. When I replied saying no wonder she gets so many bad reviews due to her bad attitude she replied GFY (go f*** yourself), so I will never purchase from this company again.
This is my second review as I've placed more orders since then. I love buying from The Formulary. They have products I can't find anywhere else. Delivery is super fast and order updates are sent after ordering. The products I've found are of good quality.
The scamming must stop.Please make sure you don’t use bank transfer or a debit card with this company. After being cheated by The Formulary I’ve taken the “reporting criminal activity and fraud” route because that is exactly what is being done. Orders paid for aren’t sent out and this is fraud.I wish I'd seen the online warnings about her previous trading name of Forever Young. Her other company SRRT labs is being struck off according to UK companies house so please be very careful about parting with any money. This information is all in the public domain, so please investigate before purchasing.Now trading under the name The Formulary and still taking money and not sending anything. Please contact the police if you have paid money to Sharon and not received your order, they want to hear from you - this needs to stop.
I wouldn't recommend that company to anyone. I ordered some goods from them,they came without batch numbers or expiry date. There is no telephone number on the website so I contacted them via email,they replied after some time that they not able to put that information on the label cause they extremely busy 😅 So I've sent the order back and waiting for money return from them. I wish I've read all the reviews before I ordered from them
A very odd company who pretend they've sent your order when they haven't. They won't respond to emails about tracking ....hmmm. They refuse to actually use tracking because then you'd see they hadn't even sent your order. They lie and fabricate, leave you worried and stressed, they're hopelessly disorganized, unreliable and flakey and worst of all they try to blame the customer or start inventing strange excuses for why you haven't received your order. I've now had to involve my credit card company after weeks of being let down and lied to by them.
Unfortunately having a Company with no phone number becomes a problem only when there is a problem! I've been ordering off and on for years with them, sometimes great, good value, relatively fast shipping, good quality. However, when there a problem it so goes south. Sharon doesn't reply to emails to update me about my delayed order, and now I'm desperate for the ingredients and might have to cancel orders for products I have waiting. I ordered a month ago. Was told its coming in stock the next week, ok to wait? I said yes. However that was now 3 weeks ago and despite emailing (only way to contact them!) several times, I've heard nothing. So they took my money and so far I have nothing. No product, no explanation ! The stress is unbearable. I won't use them again after this terrible experience.
