The representative will say anything to get you to sign a contract, showing no concern for ethical responsibilities. They consistently try to evade responsibility when their negligence is exposed. We invite anyone at Barrie House to speak with us, as current residents, to learn how they are deceiving everyone. The representative is a coward! He seems ashamed and guilty about the fake reviews he's posted about his own company online. We have evidence of this. The authenticity of other reviews cannot be trusted. We've shared pictures with some residents recently at Barrie House. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime; we still have this evidence and are more than willing to show how this individual is misleading others. We are prepared to take this matter to court! This serious misconduct and the fraudulent five-star review left by the representative will not be overlooked. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and scamming leaseholders. The company has been reported, and it's only a matter of time before the truth comes to light, with potential penalties exceeding £100k for damages. We have legal documents ready.
