The representative will say anything to get you to sign a contract, showing a blatant disregard for their responsibilities. They consistently engage in a pattern of plausible deniability to evade accountability when their negligence is highlighted. Residents at Barrie House can attest to their scamming tactics. The representative is clearly ashamed, as evidenced by the dubious reviews he's left for his own company online. We have proof of this and can show it to anyone interested. Be wary of the authenticity of other reviews. We shared evidence with some residents recently, and we are willing to share this proof of fraudulent behavior. The unlawful 5-star review left by the representative will not be overlooked; it’s a clear case of misrepresentation and scamming leaseholders. The company has been reported, and it’s just a matter of time before they are publicly exposed and face significant penalties. We are prepared for legal action.
