This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shoe company. I bought a pair of shoes for $400 seven months ago, and the heel came off. Although I purchased them from a retailer, I was past the 90-day return policy. When I reached out to the support team, I was told there is no warranty despite their claims, and they offered no help whatsoever. I highly recommend avoiding any purchases from this company.
