I have spent 5 months trying to use a gift card, being sent the wrong boots (which we returned on our dollar), trying to get the correct boots only to find out after months of silence they didn't have the original boots in stock, and finally months trying to get a reimbursement (promised but not yet issued). Initial calls into the customer service line were only ever handled by rude, accusatory, and totally useless people. Never again interacted with someone who at least sounded like a human. Weeks or months between templated emailed responses with our customer service agent (most definitely a bot). Only started to get any traction after nearly half a year once I started copying people at the Head Office I found off LinkedIn. No acknowledgment, no accountability, no concern for customer experience or satisfaction = no longer paying way too much for increasingly marginal quality boots. Like me, take your money elsewhere and don't waste your time on a formerly great company. Other companies value your time and money more.
