MISSLEADING It's no surprise how many companies are out there offering fuel cards, and The Fuel Store is just one of them. I have been contacted by K.S. He sounded very lovely, we had a friendly chat and I agreed to open an account with The Fuel Store. It was all good until I was called by K.S. to confirm the opening of the account as well as to let me know the 'cards' are on their way. I was told I am getting a TheFuelStore Advantage fuel card, which sounds great hearing 'Advantage', however, he forgot to mention that the card is a TOP-UP version of the fuel card. Unfortunately I have discovered it the hard way, at the till trying to pay for the fuel I've already poured into my van. Not only would cost me more to used this type of card, also, they want the money upfront. This is just another example how badly regulated Britain is. The worrying fact is that the Tory's want to cut more of the RED TAPE and make Britain a WILD WEST.
