After many years of our business being a Fuel Store customer, never ever missing a payment, we filled the work vehicle up & the card did not work, we had to go back to the garage with a bank card( time and hassle we dont have) The Fuel Store could have communicated that they were cutting our cards off.

Dear Radius Velocity Team,I regularly use my Radius Velocity fuel card for fuel purchases. However, I have noticed that whenever I use the card at fuel stations, I am informed that Nectar points cannot be collected with this payment method.At the same time, other customers paying with different methods are able to receive Nectar points. As someone who uses the Radius Velocity card regularly, it is disappointing that this benefit is not available.I would appreciate it if you could clarify why Nectar points are not offered when using the Radius Velocity fuel card and whether there are any plans to allow customers to collect these loyalty points in the future.Thank you for your time and assistance.Kind regards,Tahir Murad

Administrative nightmare - not helping business

Awful experience. Asked for three cards and they only ordered one. Then, constantly charged me for their monthly 'add-ons' even though I should not have been charged and did not consent to them. Told me they had been stopped - and then they were added again and again. Then, when asked for a refund of the charges, they got round to it after 6 weeks. Their rates are not competitive and once I received my money back, I couldn't wait to close the account and get away from the administrative nightmare they created. I would strongly avoid.

Wrong card was issued with surcharge.

This company applied a 20% surcharge to unleaded fuel and 'extras' without prior consent (relating to AI, legal protection etc.). I was never advised of this when I took the card and it only showed on checking payments. On contacting the company, they did their best to resolve the issue and confirmed that I had been issued the wrong card (primarily diesel and unleaded is charged with a surcharge) and it was accepted as their mistake as there was a more suitable card for unleaded for which I was advised, there would not have been this additional charge. We did eventually arrive at a suitable resolution, but it involved a number of calls and although I don't think they had bad intent, (they confirmed that it was an error at their end) following my experience, I would not recommend. I appreciate that this experience was unfortunate, rather than an attempt to take advantage and others report a good experience.
