Shocking service. Placed my order which was a preorder so didn’t expect delivery straightaway. Contacted them after a month of no communication or expected delivery date. Asked for the ordered to be cancelled as it wasn’t going to be here in time. They then gave me a delivery date. I explained it was too late and wanted to cancel my ordered. I’ve heard nothing since. Luckily I paid by credit card so have some protection. I’ve had to take it up with my bank to resolve. The furniture warehouse are just not answering my emails. I would avoid this company and if you do use them use a credit card for payment as extra protection.
