Underwhelming live experience

Is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I chose TFD because of their "ethos" as they like to call them. And even though on paper they are great, they unfortunately fell short to deliver when you actually get into the live stage. Josh, Dan and even Brian dedicated a lot of time and effort which should not go unappreciated. On a personal level I’m forever thankful to their support. I "married" the company based on that and dedicated myself 5 full months to only trade TFD, it was very hard, but I was pushing through because the reward was going to be worthy... spoiler: It was not at all. Money can be recovered, time can´t and I fully regret giving so much of mine to them.I made my mistakes and I own up to them, but they made quite a few (some very serious like forcing me to change my strategy with undisclosed conditions until the literal day my live account went well... live. And some smaller like giving terrible advice that did not adjusted to me as a trader -which is one of the scenarios in which the fault is on me for following them- and every time I followed their "coaching" it lead directly to me losing money)My mistakes cost me my account (And I had some BAD TRADING days, I will not deny that) while their mistakes were brushed off with "it is unfortunate that happened". During the 2 weeks I was live with them I received so many "apologies" from them that as appreciated as they can be, don´t pay for my rent or put food on my table. It should also be noticed that Projectx was a big factor on the mess, and even though offering that platform for live trading is a TFD executive decision, the platform is extremely unstable and is evident they aim to cater sim environments if after 2+ years their live environment is that bad (yes, it changes a lot)The team is great and I believe in their intentions, but their C level needs some serious review, Josh is amazing but is more fitted to be a CTO. Their messy unpolished internal processes were a HUGE contributor to my account being lost and what lead me to leave this review.And finally, they claim they are in this with you and I do not doubt they believe that to be true, but make no mistake: They -very reasonably- are in it for themselves, just like absolutely any other business.
