My name is Dzabatou ecko prince nehemie (account: TFDRSB_602X4VH) this firm should get a 5 stars anytime but today something inaccpetable happen, i recently passed my assesment and got move to a sim brokerage account the moment i got the account I locked the account multiple time so I m not able to trade it for the day I have done every check possible to make sure that the account was lock for the day as most of my account are sync together i even chech rt trader and try to trigger trade before my trading session and the account was in fact locked fast forward litteraly 10 min after my last check locking the account once more when trading I come to find out that the account unlocked out of no where right it the middle of the trading session something that never ever happenned before unfortunately i came to find out the problem that never ever happen ever on one of my very last position of the day being i full drawdown, i went to support to ask for help and all i get is you should have better monitor while i have done everything on the book as i always do and for the first time it didnt work fast forward had the issue putted on me plus when I past the account I made sure to get in contact with support to change my account risk (lower them) so when checking the account i come to find out that even my risk limit were not respected so basically nothing worked as it was suppose to as when I was on the assesment period I never face those type of issue ever , I feel like I just got put to the side and the firm didnt take accountability of the issue that happen which is really bad for a firm that really push a narrative about risk management and everything about risk.

I will not put a 2-3 stars just cause Im piss because this firm is really one of the best when it come to trader evolution but I just felt like sh.. the way they handle my situation and have a account with -50% of initial equity while it should have never happened .



ps: I would be glad to change this comment because this in fact doesn't represent the firm well , if my issue get resolved cause it is in no way my reponsability especialy on a sim account.
but still one of the best prop firm I found I can't wait to be counted as one of their trader live

One of the only true prop firms in the industry. The others are just funding companies, however what Josh and his team have built is really refreshing for the industry. strict rules in the evaluation stage makes sense and shows that they are interested in you developing your trading before going live with firm capital, whereas firms that allow pass in one/two days, but have strict consistency in the funded stage are more interested in extracting money from traders swinging for the fences.

I also really love how the team deal with support issues as it makes it feel like you are in a partnership with a firm and not just trying to play the system and navigate rules to extract sim capital. good job guys

Got an issue with project X and they compensate with a reset covering the losses. Best static drawdown for a great price. Customer support is superb fast and reliable and one of the best prop services so far. Thanks to dan from support specially for quick response and the help.

The TFD Dashboard is very helpful, where you can see your performance in details with your trade history. Normally you would pay extra for a Trading Journal like that and by TFD it is included already. It will help you to analyze your trades and to stay more consistent. I also value the customer service which is FOR the trader and addresses your concern.

Underwhelming live experience

Is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I chose TFD because of their "ethos" as they like to call them. And even though on paper they are great, they unfortunately fell short to deliver when you actually get into the live stage. Josh, Dan and even Brian dedicated a lot of time and effort which should not go unappreciated. On a personal level I’m forever thankful to their support. I "married" the company based on that and dedicated myself 5 full months to only trade TFD, it was very hard, but I was pushing through because the reward was going to be worthy... spoiler: It was not at all. Money can be recovered, time can´t and I fully regret giving so much of mine to them.I made my mistakes and I own up to them, but they made quite a few (some very serious like forcing me to change my strategy with undisclosed conditions until the literal day my live account went well... live. And some smaller like giving terrible advice that did not adjusted to me as a trader -which is one of the scenarios in which the fault is on me for following them- and every time I followed their "coaching" it lead directly to me losing money)My mistakes cost me my account (And I had some BAD TRADING days, I will not deny that) while their mistakes were brushed off with "it is unfortunate that happened". During the 2 weeks I was live with them I received so many "apologies" from them that as appreciated as they can be, don´t pay for my rent or put food on my table. It should also be noticed that Projectx was a big factor on the mess, and even though offering that platform for live trading is a TFD executive decision, the platform is extremely unstable and is evident they aim to cater sim environments if after 2+ years their live environment is that bad (yes, it changes a lot)The team is great and I believe in their intentions, but their C level needs some serious review, Josh is amazing but is more fitted to be a CTO. Their messy unpolished internal processes were a HUGE contributor to my account being lost and what lead me to leave this review.And finally, they claim they are in this with you and I do not doubt they believe that to be true, but make no mistake: They -very reasonably- are in it for themselves, just like absolutely any other business.
