Do yourself a favor and purchase from another company. I ordered an XL Curb Ring. They sent me the wrong ring. I reached out to customer support and they said they would send the correct ring. When I received the second package, it was the same incorrect ring they sent the first time. I again reached out to customer support and they assured me they would get me the correct ring. After hearing nothing for several days, I followed up. Again, they assured me they would send the correct ring. After hearing nothing for a week, I again followed up. A different agent responded this time. She apparently was incapable of reading the email correspondence between myself and the other agent. She simply attached a link to the second incorrect order and stated that the ring had been delivered. I responded that she was incorrect, and explained everything. No response. I finally just disputed the charges with my credit company. This company is terrible. Purchase at your own risk!
