How I wish I'd read these reviews before I placed 2 big orders with this company. As a nail tech, I was influenced by the brand following rather than the product and it's quality. I only use the gel polishes and I love the range of colours, particularly the glittery ones as these are less messy than adding glitter on top. However, I do agree with other reviews that the customer service is particularly poor. Response times are slow, they will not refund, only offer credit (even on unopened goods - it's hard to tell off a picture what a shade is and quite often they are very similar to existing shades). Thankfully I use the gel polishes on top of acrylic the majority of the time - the only time I have used them on natural nails I have seen lifting of the nail from the nail bed so there's clearly something in these that affects nails negatively. Also, their topcoat had changed recently and is particularly poor - it doesn't cure and gets bubbles in it. I won't be replacing these products with Gelbottle in the future - there are plenty of TwentyPro, NaioNails, Lecente, Ink London to name just a few
