As the owner of Belamour Beauty and working solo, things like this genuinely make a massive difference to my day, and she handled it brilliantly. She was calm, kind and didn’t make me feel awkward or silly for getting it wrong, which I think says a lot about her attitude. Instead of sticking rigidly to rules, she focused on helping and making sure I was happy with the outcome. In my opinion, that’s exactly what great customer service looks like. The whole experience was smooth, quick and actually left me feeling really positive about ordering again. It’s rare these days to come away from a support interaction thinking “that was actually lovely”, but that’s exactly how I felt.
