Gents of Sweden appears to be a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes on 2 January, and they have still not been delivered. The tracking information now shows that the shipment is being returned to China, which is completely unacceptable.
Despite sending multiple emails, customer service has never responded or provided any explanation. There has been no communication, no support, and no refund initiated.
I strongly advise others to stay away from this website. I also recommend reporting such cases to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) Sweden. If more customers file complaints, at least we can help prevent others from being misled by this company.
