Every time I check this fashion store, I end up finding something I like. The styles are modern and comfortable, and the quality has been consistently good. The layout makes shopping easy, and the whole experience feels relaxed and enjoyable. It’s become one of my favorite places to browse for new outfits.
Gents of Sweden appears to be a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes on 2 January, and they have still not been delivered. The tracking information now shows that the shipment is being returned to China, which is completely unacceptable.Despite sending multiple emails, customer service has never responded or provided any explanation. There has been no communication, no support, and no refund initiated.I strongly advise others to stay away from this website. I also recommend reporting such cases to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) Sweden. If more customers file complaints, at least we can help prevent others from being misled by this company.

Look at these two recent positive reviews, go to their profiles and you'll see that they are paid bot accounts. Another Chinese/Indian, probably both, drop shipping scam. They run a dozen such scam websites and this is one of them.

Extremely misleading delivery times. They do what appears to be drop shipments from China. They claim 2-4 business days delivery time if you order within Sweden, and today I found out that nearly 45 days after placing an order the item has not even been shipped (supposedly sitting at Chinese suppliers warehouse). Also really bad customer service, they ignored a few emails and others they got back 2-3 days later and refused to issue a refund. I would say stay away, there are way more decent suppliers with similar products out there that will keep their promise.
Dont buy anything from this company!!Trust me, I bought a jacket from them, when it arrived it was nothing like what was shown online, and so I emailed them right away and said i want to return it, but no answer. I have tried to call but it is just an answeringmachine.This company IS a SCAM. Dont buy from them!
