I made an error with the address and called shortly after placing the order but had a hard time getting through. Eventually, I reached someone who didn't speak English well. I was told I had to wait until the card was issued to make changes. I think I canceled it, but due to the language barrier, I'm unsure. I requested confirmation for a refund, but the call dropped. I ordered another eCard but didn’t receive the discount I applied. I believe I've lost $106. I won't use this service again.
