I bought a gift card for a family member just before Christmas. The service confirmed the purchase the same day, but then sent an email two days later stating that the order couldn't be completed without any explanation. I contacted customer support, and they couldn't find a reason either. They mentioned the email was auto-generated. I won't waste my time on this service again, especially around the holidays.
