I did not receive my card. The order status on the site is unhelpful, only showing 'ordered', 'processing', and 'complete.' After being on hold for 10 minutes, I was disconnected. When I called back, I was told the card was delivered and active but was not resolved on the call. I have to wait for a callback, which is frustrating.
