I made an error with my address and called just 5 minutes after placing the order, but it was incredibly difficult to get through. Once I finally did, communication was a challenge as no one spoke English. I was informed that I had to wait until the card was issued to address the issue. I called back and believe I canceled the order, but due to the language barrier, I'm not entirely sure. I requested confirmation for a refund to my card, but the call disconnected. I ordered another eCard but didn't receive the discount despite applying it. I think I've lost $106. This experience has left me very dissatisfied.
