I purchased glasses from this company in June and have only worn them for a couple of months, as I own two pairs. The right arm keeps collapsing when I take them off, and despite having my husband tighten the screw multiple times, it continues to happen. I have sent three polite emails, but they seem to be ignoring me. I paid a considerable amount for the glasses and expected much better service. It appears they prioritize sales over customer service and aftercare. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common issue regarding communication.
