Hi. I placed an order in January, the parcel didn't arrived, delivered to the wrong address, confirmed wirh Royal Mail and sorted between Royal Mail and Glowco. Here I am 2 months later and nearly 40 emails and public social media complaints trying to get my refund. Keep being fobbed off, 24 hours, 48 hours. In a queue. Though if I take their store credit and use that I can have it right away. I need my money back. I am a single Mum of a disabled child, this was a birthday gift which I have since had to spend more money on something else and I have been left tight due to this and still don't have my refund. It is actually disgusting. Glowco rave about customer satisfaction, yet don't follow through. So they have my money, Royal Mails compensation, double money, and still haven't sent mine back to me. £40+ they are sitting on which is a lot. Sort it out Glowco!
