Review Time
I have been emailing the company for weeks now. The product calm carry for kids (3 of them). When it was finally received and I took it out of the box my child was so excited to try it. It gives you a shock feeling NOT a cal. Vibration my child is afraid to touch it or anything that resembles it. I reached out to the company they said I would have to pay to return them and pay a restock fee and then they would refund me my money. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Customer support was lovley and responsive when i needed to make an update to my shipping address after ordering, the calmcarry arrived within the timeframe to (London) and for the product itself ive found it really soothing at helping me fall asleep. I would say it distracts my mind from racing which is what i have trouble with.
This product is amazing. I use it on and off all day. I put it in my hand when I go to sleep and it sends me to sleep. When I wake in the night I turn it back on and it sends me back to sleep. I used to have insomnia through the night badly. So it definitely works for me. My anxiety through the day has also improved significantly as I was awful before.
The devices did not work to help my children sleep. I have tried to get a refund by following the instructions on the website. No one has responded to me via email, WhatsApp or Facebook messenger. I feel like I've been scammed. This is not in line with the 100 day refund that was offered.
Honestly surprised this actually works. I'm a light sleeper and was waking up constantly. Now I sleep through most nights. Had to fidget with the settings initially but found what works for me.
Do Not Order From This place. I'm not sure it can even be called a company. After I made my purchase for three devices I gave them to my Grandchildren. When I contacted the "place" and told them I wanted to return them they offered me 20% refund and I can keep the product. I was like "oh no not this kind of place again" I have had several places that have tried to barter with me and I keep the product. That's when I knew for sure this was a scam. The next offer was 50% and I keep the product. Here is one of the emails they sent me

I can't imagine a company agreeing to refund the consumer 50% and then paying its staff to write emails explaining why they haven't sent the money they agreed to.
Purchased the calm carry x 3 for my three kids, but I'm very disappointed as two of my youngest experienced an electric shock sensation, making them quite uncomfortable. I reached out via social media on January 8th but received no response. I want to return the items, but there seems to be no customer service available and no replies. I would advise against this, as it appears to be a gimmick and lacks proper customer support.
I'm thoroughly impressed with my calming device! At 44, I deal with significant anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD from a car accident. I purchased two calming handheld devices, one for myself and one for my 12-year-old. It's similar to a TENS unit for your hand. It instantly calms me and helps me feel centered and grounded. It has transformed my life. It aids my sleep, and I often find myself reaching for it throughout the day! Absolutely worth every penny!
Children can be quite selective, but they really like the flavor of these. They work exceptionally well, particularly for kids who struggle with sleep, including a 10-year-old with ADHD and autism. Within about thirty minutes of taking these, he’s ready for bed and falls asleep easily. Highly recommend!
