I had a very negative experience with this online medical service and feel it’s important to caution others. Around 95% of pharmacies do NOT accept their prescriptions. I visited six pharmacies, and each one refused to fill the prescription because they did not accept its format. During the consultation, the doctor seemed not to grasp my issue. I asked several follow-up questions related to my initial concern, but I was repeatedly told I needed to book another paid appointment for basic answers. After being unable to fill the prescription anywhere, I tried to contact the company because I began to worry about the legitimacy of the service. They were almost impossible to reach. There was no effective support, resolution, or accountability. I then had to see a qualified in-person doctor, who informed me that: • The prescribed medication had nothing to do with my issue • Taking it could have been harmful This was extremely concerning. This service cost me: • Money • Time running between pharmacies • Significant stress • And could have led to harm if I had followed their advice blindly. If you value your health, time, or peace of mind, be very cautious. This service is not suitable, and the combination of poor clinical understanding and unusable prescriptions makes it worse than ineffective. Avoid.
