Terrible experience, completed everything at 8am and payment was taken. Then I was informed at 12.30 it hadn’t worked and I needed to use chrome and make payment, I did this (and had to pay again) and the portal just keeps flagging an error message and taking me back to the front screen. I’ve filled it all in 4 or 5 times now and been emailing customer service and no one will help me. Very stressful when you’re already feeling terrible and can’t understand why they’re happy to keep taking payments but no one will assist me :(Edit: the reply below is factually incorrect - I have my bank statement (which I’ve sent to them) which clearly shows payment has been deducted twice.
