I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this online medical service and feel compelled to express my concerns. About 95% of pharmacies do NOT accept their prescriptions. I went to six different pharmacies, and each refused to fulfill the prescription due to its format. During the consultation, the doctor did not comprehend my issue. I asked several follow-up questions related to the concern I booked the appointment for, but instead of addressing them, I was told I would need to schedule another paid appointment for basic clarification. After failing to get the prescription filled anywhere, I tried to reach out to the company because I began to doubt the legitimacy of the service. They were nearly impossible to contact. There was no meaningful support, resolution, or accountability. I ultimately had to see a qualified in-person doctor, who informed me that: • The prescribed medication was irrelevant to my condition • Taking it could have posed a danger to me. This was extremely alarming. This service cost me: • Money • Hours spent going from pharmacy to pharmacy • Significant stress • And could have led to harm if I had blindly followed their advice. If you care about your health, time, or peace of mind, proceed with caution. This service is inadequate, and the combination of poor clinical understanding and unusable prescriptions makes it counterproductive. Stay away.
