Never received my order, when contacting them there was a refusal to assist other than reporting it to the delivery firm, telling me the police will be in contact. I feel like I have been called a liar and they have refused to help any further. Grateful to have protection from my credit card. Then to top it all, I submit a review on Trustpilot and instead of contacting me to assist or help, they just flag it as defamatory towards them. Sorry if my review is brutally honest!
