Never received my order, when contacting them there was a refusal to assist other than reporting it to the delivery firm, telling me the police will be in contact. I feel like I have been called a liar and they have refused to help any further. Grateful to have protection from my credit card.
Then to top it all, I submit a review on Trustpilot and instead of contacting me to assist or help, they just flag it as defamatory towards them. Sorry if my review is brutally honest!
I ordered this on a Monday and received it the following dayThe product was cheap and cheerful compared to other competitors which is the same product just a better price Would definitely recommend and will be shopping with them for my skin care needs

I recently placed an order with The Grooming Clinic, and unfortunately it arrived in a badly damaged condition.The outer parcel was crushed and wet, and the inner packaging was soaked and torn. Several items inside were exposed and contaminated due to the poor handling and inadequate packaging.I contacted customer support and provided clear photo evidence of the condition of the delivery. Instead of receiving an apology or a straightforward solution, my concern was dismissed, and I was even told to “refrain from sending threatening emails,” despite the fact that my communication was simply a formal request for assistance.This kind of response is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.Any reputable retailer should take responsibility for damaged deliveries, especially when the customer provides full proof.I expected a constructive resolution, but instead I was met with defensiveness and no real willingness to help. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend The Grooming Clinic and will not be ordering from them again.
This is a wonderful company that excels in its customer care. I placed my first order online and received an courtesy email to say that the item had sustained some damage to the packaging. I was offered the item with some free samples/gifts or I could wait for the item to be restocked. I chose for the item with superficial damage to be sent. I received my parcel the very next day with my item beautifully packaged and a generous selection of lovely free samples. I am delighted with my purchase and I am so pleased to have stumbled upon such a gem of a company that actually cares about its customer satisfaction. A big thank you to Henry and I will certainly be ordering from the Grooming Clinic again. Thank you
