This is a wonderful company that excels in its customer care. I placed my first order online and received an courtesy email to say that the item had sustained some damage to the packaging. I was offered the item with some free samples/gifts or I could wait for the item to be restocked. I chose for the item with superficial damage to be sent. I received my parcel the very next day with my item beautifully packaged and a generous selection of lovely free samples.
