I used the Groom Room for several years and they generally did an excellent job. In the past, they also offered a free groom voucher, which was a nice incentive.Unfortunately, this has now changed to a half-price voucher, and prices have increased significantly. Last year I paid £56 for a groom for my medium-sized dog, and when I went to book our usual three-monthly appointment, the price had risen again to £68.Sadly, due to these ongoing price increases, we won’t be returning.
