The groom room in frien Barnet never answers the phone. It’s such a bad trait for a buisness to not have active phone lines. I went to get my dogs nails clipped a month ago, they told me to wait 15 minutes I did. I came back they said wait a further 20 minutes and then I did. For them to say you need to wait 45 minutes. I thought it was a walk in service. Either they need better training or they need more people to work in the shop. Ridiculous
