I ordered a full size sheet, bought a queen mattress, I made the company aware I needed to exchange , I sent proof I had not opened the full size sheet and I was returning it for the exchange
I sent proof of purchase , I sent proof of mailing (returning )the full size sheet and, I have done everything I know to do , it has been months and I still do no have the sheet I paid for 🤔I do not know what else to do
