Review Time
I would give the zero stars if I could. I have been trying since December to return my sheets and had a terrible time getting in touch with somebody. The customer service agent. I was emailing with kept telling me that they were passing along my information to their claims department, and there was a lot of back-and-forth. Finally, I got tired of it and decided to settle for a partial refund to keep the sheets to be done with it. That has still not happened. It is now March 1. I am beyond frustrated and will be reporting this company.
If you are considering making a purchase, I would find somewhere else to purchase from as this company is extremely difficult to work with and does not seem to care about their customers concerns even though they stayed on their website that they offer a 90 day no questions asked return policy.
Lots of research available. Grounding Company seemed to have their arms around the science and history of what makes ther product work. Gave me the confidence to try it. I just got mine. purchase was easy shipping was quick and product comes with excellent easy to read instructions for use and care. i’ll keep you posted. so far so good!
The grounding company is a reputable company. Had no issues with sales, or delivery. I feel slightly healthier using it. I feel like it makes a difference on a cellular level.
I’m a little skeptical about this, as after buying the product I was asked to fill out a survey in order to get a $100 but it’s dependent on me leaving a 5 star review. The $100 back is in the form of a discount on another purchase. The product just arrived today so I haven’t even had a chance to try it out yet. So leaving a review is very premature. I expect this review to be deleted as in my opinion it’s a pretty quid pro quo ask.
Using the grounding sheet has helped me fall asleep faster, which is huge for me! I felt less stress within the first month. Numbing in my feet is less apparent. I am grateful for my quick results, and I look forward to seeing less pain in my body in the near future. Thank you, Grounding Company, for your truly effective products!!
Great communication throughout the ordering process. Follow-up emails were nice, not too much and asked how they did. Received a high quality product, and so far so good! My wife said in the first 2 days her back didn’t hurt as bad when waking and she had more energy…have since bought another sheet for our daughter.
Very slick website but this is a cheap item from China. The 5 star reviews seem to be fake. They did not send the products I ordered. I paid via PayPal so hopefully I can get my money back. Beware the Chinese scam.
