I have the same complaint as many others. I sent over $1,000 and decided to go with a different realtor. They haven't returned anything to me. The service operates entirely through an automated system, making it impossible to speak to a real person. After one email saying they needed to contact the landlord, it’s been more than a month. This company is a complete scam. Please share this info to warn others.
