I share the same frustrations as many others. After sending over $1,000 and choosing a different realtor, I haven’t received anything back. The entire process feels automated, with no chance to talk to a real person. They emailed me once about contacting the landlord, but it’s been over a month since. I have the same complaint as many others. I sent over $1,000 and decided to go with a different realtor. They haven't returned anything to me. The service operates entirely through an automated system, making it impossible to speak to a real person. After one email saying they needed to contact the landlord, it’s been more than a month. This company is a complete scam. Please share this info to warn others.

Avoid This Company

Do not trust this company. They refuse to refund my money, even though I never moved into the unit or signed a lease. The lease was canceled and I was told to reapply for a full refund, yet they are still holding onto my funds. I have the emails to prove it! They deposited my money and then withdrew it within 24 hours without any explanation.

Frustrating Experience

I had to break a lease due to a terrible landlord. Four months into a 16-month agreement, I can't get any money back from the guarantors, even though they are no longer financially liable. It's a complete joke and feels like a rip-off.

Unacceptable Practices

This feels like robbery! There’s no phone number to talk to a human, and their chat apps are useless. In two years, my bond cost skyrocketed from $468 to $1,769—a $1,300 increase! The rent hasn’t even risen that much. It seems like someone is pocketing a lot of money without providing proper customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Now, when I inquired about next steps, I was met with confusion and told I wouldn’t receive a refund or transfer of my bond. This company preys on those in need and offers no real value. I’m out $5,000, and they seem indifferent. Please avoid this service; it’s a trap and not worth the stress.

Collusion Between Companies

This appears to be a scam orchestrated between landlords and this insurance service. Despite having solid credit and income, we are forced to use this service, which takes a hefty percentage of our monthly rent. It seems like the criteria are set so high that almost everyone is compelled to use them, yet no one wants to discuss the issue openly.
