Like the previous review, I won a guitar on December 11th. They seemed hesitant to ship it out before Christmas, even though they were still advertising other competitions with same-day dispatch. Since then, I haven’t received any updates despite reaching out via email. I'm starting to suspect that the positive reviews might not be genuine.
