This used to be a five-star review, but I’m now changing it to a one. I won a guitar on December 12th and agreed with the service via email to delay shipping until the new year. They mentioned being busy, and since I was going away for a week, this seemed fair. However, since then, I've received no communication despite contacting them three times over the last eight days. What a disappointing way to treat a customer and prize winner. Let’s see how quickly I get a response now that I’ve left a one-star review.
It's a decent platform, but buying tickets for a chance to win a high-end guitar can get quite pricey. I've been trying for several months but have decided to stop. They do offer small incentives like credit for tickets, which is a nice touch.

The tuner, won on November 15th, still hasn’t arrived. My follow-up emails have gone unanswered. The same pattern occurred with the guitar — long delays and repeated requests for details I had already provided. When the guitar finally arrived, it had hairline cracks, and after the long wait, I didn’t feel comfortable raising another issue. I’ve noted that this appears to be a recurring theme in customer feedback regarding delays and communication. By contrast, I won a guitar from another service, and the difference in their approach was stark. They contacted me right away and communicated delivery timelines clearly. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of organization and poor communication is unacceptable, especially when fulfilling won prizes. It’s about principle and service, and they need to improve significantly.
I tend to be skeptical about online raffles, but I’ve won twice with this service without spending much on tickets. I won a guitar and another model for under £20! I highly recommend them, as winning twice in a year is unbelievable for me, especially since I usually don’t win.
