This used to be a five-star review, but I’m now changing it to a one. I won a guitar on December 12th and agreed with the service via email to delay shipping until the new year. They mentioned being busy, and since I was going away for a week, this seemed fair. However, since then, I've received no communication despite contacting them three times over the last eight days. What a disappointing way to treat a customer and prize winner. Let’s see how quickly I get a response now that I’ve left a one-star review.
