This is my first time writing an online review for any service. I wanted to give them every chance to resolve the issue privately. As a business owner, I understand the impact of negative feedback and wouldn’t typically leave a review, but I’ve been left with no choice. When the guitar finally arrived, it had hairline cracks, and after the long wait, I didn’t feel comfortable raising another issue. I’ve noted that this appears to be a recurring theme in customer feedback regarding delays and communication. By contrast, I won a guitar from another service, and the difference in their approach was stark. They contacted me right away and communicated delivery timelines clearly. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of organization and poor communication is unacceptable, especially when fulfilling won prizes. It’s about principle and service, and they need to improve significantly.
